It rained last night

Last night's heavy showers reminds me of the evening on Halloween 31/10/09.

We had to shut the windows as the rain was splattering into our bedroom, but it would be nice to keep the windows open and let the cold cold wind lure us into deep slumberland.

Afternoon sun at work

I went up to surgery clinic in the afternoon and as I was sitting there chatting with the nurses, I looked out of the window and I was suddenly soothed by the clouds and the sunshine and wind. OK, I was in a air-con room but I felt so dreamy and sleepy.

This picture does it no justice. But imagine the sunshine and the rustling of the leaves and you are nice and cool... ahh...
